Welcome to the Philly Esports $5k Halo Infinite Holiday Bash Tournament
EVENT INFORMATION
– Date: December 4th
– Start Time: December 4th: 12pm EST
– Where: Online on Battlefy (*US Citizens Only)
– Cost To Enter: FREE
HOW TO JOIN
–To register for this event, you MUST sign up on our website @https://phillyesports.gg/events/.
– Each player MUST be a member of our Philly Esports Online Events Discord Server @ https://discord.gg/6AHQCvz7
- Once you are a member of the Online Events Discord Server, head to the role-select channel, react to the message to give yourself the Halo Participant Role.
- This will unlock the necessary event channels for you to view and interact with.
- If you are a team captain, please update your NICKNAME on the server to “teamNAME_yourNAME(HALO-CAP)”
– Each player must have a Battlefy account @ https://battlefy.com/
– We will send you a JOIN CODE via EMAIL to join the tournament on our Battlefy event page @ https://battlefy.com/philly-esports
– On the day of the event, each player must CHECK-IN. Check-ins occur from 10am-11am EST.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
– Double Elimination
– Upper Bracket: Best of 5
– Lower Bracket: Best of 3
– Upper Bracket Finals: Best of 5
–Lower Bracket Finals: Best of 5
– Grand Finals: Best of 7

DAY OF EVENT SCHEDULE – (All times are in Eastern Standard)
10:00 am- Check-ins inside Battlefy will begin– only the team captain will need to check-in
11:00 am – Check-ins are closed
11:30 am- Tournament Official and all team captains will need to be Discord voice channel to go over detail for the tournament
11:45 am – Tournament Brackets will be published– GAMES WILL NOT BE PLAYED UNTIL NOON
12:00 pm – Tournament will start
