Welcome to the Philly Esports $10k Collegiate League of Legends Tournament
This tournament will take place over the course of two days. See schedule below.

November 28th: Starting at 12pm EST // Third Place Match + Grand Finals

THIS EVENT IS INVITE ONLY
DISCORD
– All team captains must join the discord for the tournament. Join the Discord here: https://discord.gg/Jh7Vttu3Na
– Once you are a member of the discord server, head to the role-select channel and react to the message to give yourself the $10k League of Legends Collegiate Tournament role. This will unlock the necessary text channels for you to view and interact with for the event.
– If you are captain, please update your NICKNAME in the server to “teamNAME_yourNAME(10kLOL-CAP)
HOW TO JOIN THE TOURNAMENT
– This Tournament is Invite Only
– Once you register, you will be sent an email with a JOIN CODE to join the tournament on Battlefy. This will be sent to the email used to sign up for the tournament.
– All players must have a Battlefy in order to join the tournament. When you receive your Join Code team captains can input that into the tournament page to join. Then they can invite the rest of their team on Battlefy.

– On the first day of the tournament, November 27th, ALL TEAM CAPTAINS MUST CHECK IN THEIR TEAMS TO SECURE THEIR SPOTS IN THE BRACKET.
– Check ins will be held from 10pm-11pm EST on the Battlefy Tournament Page on November 27th. If you have any troubles checking in or can’t make the check-in time, but are still competing in the tournament, contact an admin on Discord, and we can check your team in for you.

– Single Elimination
– All Games Best of 3
– Grand Finals & 3rd Place Match Best of 5

DAY OF EVENT SCHEDULE – (All times are in Eastern Standard)
10:00 am- Check-ins inside Battlefy will begin– only the team captain will need to check-in
11:00 am – Check-ins are closed
11:30 am- Tournament Official and all team captains will need to be Discord voice channel to go over detail for the tournament
11:45 am – Tournament Brackets will be published– GAMES WILL NOT BE PLAYED UNTIL NOON
12:00 pm – Tournament will start
