Welcome to the Philly Esports $10k Collegiate Valorant Showdown
This tournament will take place over the course of four days. See schedule below.
This event has a 32 TEAM CAP. There will be no qualifiers for this event. Registration is first come first serve.

November 4th: Starting at 5pm EST // Round of 32
November 5th: Starting at 5pm EST // Round of 16
November 6th: Starting at 12pm EST // Round of 8 + Round of 4
November 7th: Starting at 12pm EST // Grand Finals + 3rd Place Match

DISCORD
– All team captains must join the discord for the tournament. Join the Discord here: https://discord.gg/Jh7Vttu3Na
– Once you are a member of the discord server, head to the role-select channel and react to the message to give yourself the $10k Collegiate Valorant Showdown role. This will unlock the necessary text channels for you to view and interact with for the event.
– If you are captain, please update your NICKNAME in the server to “teamNAME_yourNAME(10kVAL-CAP)
HOW TO JOIN THE TOURNAMENT
– Team captains register yourself and your teammates here on our website.
– Once you register, you will be sent an email with a JOIN CODE to join the tournament on Battlefy. This will be sent to the email used to sign up for the tournament.
– All players must have a Battlefy in order to join the tournament. When you receive your Join Code team captains can input that into the tournament page to join. Then they can invite the rest of their team on Battlefy.

– On the first day of the tournament, November 4th, ALL TEAM CAPTAINS MUST CHECK IN THEIR TEAMS TO SECURE THEIR SPOTS IN THE BRACKET.
– Check ins will be held from 3pm-4pm EST on the Battlefy Tournament Page on November 4th. If you have any troubles checking in or can’t make the check in time, but are still competing in the tournament, contact an admin on Discord, and we can check your team in for you.
– All players must register with SCHOOL email addresses
-Only ONE team allowed per school

NOVEMBER 4TH & 5TH SCHEDULE – (All times are in Eastern Standard)
3:00 pm – Check-ins inside Battlefy will begin– only the team captain will need to check-in
4:00 pm – Check-ins are closed
4:30 pm – Tournament Official and all team captains will need to be Discord voice channel to go over detail for the tournament
4:45 pm – Tournament Brackets will be published– GAMES WILL NOT BE PLAYED UNTIL 5:00
5:00 pm – Tournament will start
NOVEMBER 6TH & 7TH SCHEDULE – (All times are in Eastern Standard)
10:00 am- Check-ins inside Battlefy will begin– only the team captain will need to check-in
11:00 am – Check-ins are closed
11:30 am- Tournament Official and all team captains will need to be Discord voice channel to go over detail for the tournament
